Room clean and comfortable. Communication re overbooking good. Refund of difference in charges prompt.

Double booked so we did not get the room that was booked. I would not have stayed if I knew we were going to share a bathroom with strangers. When we arrived we were in complete darkness - suggest they put a motion sensor light at the front door! Power point in room 8 (RHS of bed) not functional

"An excellent find and stay"

Excellent master bedroom which was clean and comfortable. Towels, and shampoo as well as soup were provided as were teapot and tee bags.
