Hotel Isabella

The place is quiet.

Not very clean and with a strong cigarette smell.

not clean, no iron, the staff was not very welcoming

near to Messe. large room. comfy bed. fast Internet.

It is a bit far from downtown but we chose it because it has free parking. It is simple and good just to spend a night there. The staff was very friendly. We arrived very late and they could not find my reservation but at the end everything was solved.

It could be a little bit cleaner. Not that is super dirty but some furniture was a bit dusty. There were no shampoo nor soap in the shower and the soap at the sink ran out almost inmediately. The chair was broken.

The hotel is clean overall. Linen and towels are not changed every day. If you book in this hotel, make sure not be hosted in the basement: rooms are big and comfortable but there is a strong smell of mold and dampness. I managed to change the room but I wasn't so lucky.... I got a really tiny room with an unbearable heat. The day of departure I also found a huge spider in the shower... that was really scary. I advised all the staff (always nice and friendly) but they didn't seem to be shocked by the unpleasant guest.....the question is:" are they used to it"?

Good thing there is a small fridge but the bad part is that it was not cooling. Overall ok for my short stay. The physical location was ok for my purpose. The parking lot has enough spaces.

A little bit overpriced for a room without air conditioning. Opening the window means, letting cigarette smoke come in and to listen conversations from other guests and from the people living in the apartment building next to the hotel.
