1. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only, cash is not accepted. Weekly housekeeping is provided for stays of 7 nights or longer, including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and linen or towel changes. Fresh linens and towels can be exchanged at the front desk for a small fee. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights and USD 15 per day thereafter. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of USD 10 per hour will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours or late check-out. Guests are responsible for any damage to linens (pillows, sheets, duvets, towels). Smoking in non-designated areas will incur an additional charge of USD 250. Additional unregistered guests will incur USD 50 per guest, per night. A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Please note that parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of USD 25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property. "Clean, Safe, Great Staff"

We checked in late at night, very easy to park, safe and clean. Christian at the front desk was extremely patient and welcoming, special thank you to him for helping us get situated. Overall really great experience, highly recommend!

"Hotel is great staff is greater"

My experience is the same as it’s been since we have been here! The manager is kind and the staff is wonderful.. the hotel has challenges but I never see the manager sweat any of it! She smiles all the time and brightens up everyone’s day! All the guest love them! The flow and kindness keeps us here and hopefully will continue to do so

"A pleasant place to stay"

The location. You have access to a number of restaurants and stores if you need to pick up something that is needed. It is really close to the freeway and pretty quiet. The staff was very nice very helpful and they seemed to go extra mile.

"NUMBER ONE STAY HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREAT STAFF WONDERFUL PLACE"

First thing I want to say is that the manager, Shelby, is absolutely AMAZING! She always goes above and beyond for her guests. From the moment I arrived, she made sure everything was perfect and that I felt completely at home. You can truly tell she takes pride in what she does — her professionalism, kindness, and positive energy shine through in every interaction. One thing that really stood out to me is how considerate she is about her guests’ comfort and well-being. I can’t be around cigarette smoke, and Shelby always makes sure no one is smoking near the entrance, which I truly appreciate. It shows how much she genuinely cares about the health, safety, and comfort of everyone staying here. My stay has been incredibly comfortable, welcoming, and full of positive vibes. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuine in hospitality. Because of Shelby and the amazing team she leads, I will most definitely be recommending this location to others!
