1. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only, cash is not accepted. Weekly housekeeping is provided for stays of 7 nights or longer, including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and linen or towel changes. Fresh linens and towels can be exchanged at the front desk for a small fee. Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights and USD 15 per day thereafter. Please note that early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge of USD 10 per hour will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours or late check-out. Guests are responsible for any damage to linens (pillows, sheets, duvets, towels). Smoking in non-designated areas will incur an additional charge of USD 250. Additional unregistered guests will incur USD 50 per guest, per night. A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Please note that parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of USD 25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property. For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property. I love the staff Ms Shelby is an amazing General Manager she goes above and beyond for guest and her staff Katie is also amazing I would recommend this property to anyone especially when you’re going through hard times like myself

"Standard extended stay but with 5 star staff"

Staff was super fun and welcoming. It’s what you expect from ESA super basic room and accommodation but it’s been one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. What really shined was the staff, though. Actually looked like they were enjoying themselves at work and it shows!

"Most Accomatdating"

This has best residential place to stay. They are very accomatdating, when my air-conditioned went out. They were fast on getting my system to work. Anytime I put in maintenance requests they are on it the next day. I been pleased with my stay and will extended my arrangements. I give this stay a 5 Star approval.

The lady in front office tried to accommodating and the property and room was clean

We had to pay extra for towels we booked the room for 4 adults and they only had towels for 2 people then we had to pay extra more, you also have to pay extra for WiFi I didn't use the wifi so no other comment on that. There was NO DISHES, NO TRASH CANS, the room we booked had a kitchenette and had nothing to use the kitchenette. Night staff not helpful or friendly at all. They seemed to nit pick at us I can't speak for any other guest though. Probably would not stay here again. Tons of RULES AND POLICIES that aren't posted anywhere seemed to be made up as they went. No breakfast no ice machine the stuff in vending machines prices were outrageous. It was clean basic room.

"Shelby is awesome she takes care of this hotel very well"

Shelby does a real fine job of making sure that this place is secure at all times All the staff here are so helpful and kind and courtesy I would recommend this place to anybody just based on what I have been seen I have been here almost 3 months and don't want to go anywhere else and the price is right on point anytime you bring to shelving she takes care of him immediately
