Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya by Compass Hospitality

I stayed in the hotel for nearly two weeks in January. The main strength of the hotel is the helpfulness of the staff, and I mean all the staff I delt with. Two people were exemplary, the manager, Wimon Phalee (Mon) and Ai, the seventh floor service advisor. Wimon was particularly helpful when my initial booking was canceled due to an expired credit card, which I used to book my stay. He worked to ensure I received the same rate of my original booking in July 2024 but, because the card had expired, when it came time to check in, the card did not clear. He ensured I received the same rate of my original booking, which saved me quite a bit of money. Ai, the seventh floor service advisor, spent twenty minutes with me trying to call Thai Airways so we could make a change to an existing flight booking. He even put out a group email to all the staff asking if they knew a phone number for Thai Airlines customer service because all the numbers we tried did not work. Both the manager, MON and service advisor Ai took on the problems as if they were their own and didn't give up until a solution had been satisfactorily resolved. The rest of the staff at the hotel were always very helpful especially the concierge staff when booking taxis or answering my questions. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for the service and the value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

Very good stay for a very good price.

nice location, friendly team. if you are looking for a center hoteltjis place is recomended. many shopping malls aroun. also have parking lot if you have a car. all rooms have balcony and have nice swimming pool behind hotel. restaurasnt is also cooking delicious

Good value for money. The hotel seems a bit older and you can hear guests returning to their rooms at night. Otherwise everything fine.

From check in to checkout the hotel did not disappoint, I had stayed there when it was a Mecure and not a lot has changed. Special mention had to go to house keeping. Although the hotel is a little tired now the place is spotless and this is down to the hard work of the unsung hero’s

Property has roaches and other insects

The hotel has a lot of potential but I wouldn’t stay here again as far as the rooms go. The room was dark and humid and needs upgrading. There were no robes or bath slippers in the closets as advertised and the hot water only lasted about 30 seconds in the shower. The staff was not very friendly and in fact when I reported the issue with the hot water, the guy who came to check it, touched it and winced at me as if I was making it up. The toilet in the bathroom leaked. There was water leaking outside on the balcony from some of the pipes. But on a positive note, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pool area was nice as well.

Good location, nice personell, good service, clean. Exellent breakfast. Very nice pool area. I had exellent service from Ta in food and bevery. I have been staying at this Hotel several times. I will warmly recommend guests to try this little paradise.
