Easy access. The room had everything I needed

The stairwells were dirty. The lock on the backdoor was broken and therefore a safety concern

Bathroom toilet was leaking water. Aircondtioner was very noisy. Couldn't find how to turn on thelight on the nightstand.

Floors were dirty. Smelled like mold. Toilet seat was coming off and had to get the front desk to come plug the toilet around 10:00pm after someone in morning was told that the toilet needed to be plugged
