Second time to stay, Variety of being in three hotels together as there are two hotels in the same place, comfortable beds, Nice swimming pools, food timings, Aqua park resturant thanks to his chef for the good effort, also the sweet section in aqua vista reception was amazing.

The food quality in tagine resturant was average, one night the chicken coming from the grill was raw, also hi-gene should be supervised especially for the chefs on the grill for all the restaurants as they use the same gloves to prepare raw chicken and kofta then use it to remove the cooked chicken or meat from the grill which is a high potential of salmonella. Most Tv Chanel’s were not working. There is no transport shuffle to Airport although it’s very near. The night show area is not convenient to the shows and most people leaving early after the kids show finishes, the lights are high and the play area around kills the show atmosphere, also the shows need improvement.

Everything you need is available, the staff is very helpful and cheerful. Also lots of activities and entertainment for kids. Restaurant staff Abdallah was very helpful and friendly. He made sure that we got all what we needed.

Maybe the only thing is that the bus transporting us to the beach wasn’t very friendly for elder people. And I think it should be availed more frequently.

The cleanliness is top tier, the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet in your lifetime. I’ve enjoyed my holiday the most not because the fact I was on holiday but the welcoming feeling I had and the smiles everywhere. Food is also lovely the whole holiday was one to remember thanks to this hotel.
