Tres bien et surtout bon accueil par le personnel

manque la clim!

Grande chambre confortable et bien agencée. les salons chaleureux et confortables, espace restaurant très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux parfaitement satisfaisant. Service efficace et sympathique.

L'écran télé mériterait d'être un peu plus grand et de type smart TV pour accueillir Netflix. Pour les personnes qui ne font pas de régime avoir une carte restaurant plus variée qui permettrait de déjeuner ou dîner plus souvent sur place. une étagère sur le mur de la salle de bain serait très utile pour poser les produits de toilette.

Zimmer war geräumig, es war sauber.

Eine Matratze, eine Decke für 2 Erwachsene Männer. Erbärmlich! Auch,wenn das in Frankreich üblich sein mag.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück, hilfsbereites Personal

Das Zimmer (der obersten Klasse im Angebot) mit Balkon und mit Badewanne hatte Teppich und roch nach Rauch. Das Personal hat sich dann bemüht, ein anderes Zimmer der gleichen Klasse zu organisieren. Dieses hatte Parkett, aber keinen Balkon, und zeigte zum laut rauschenden Fluss. Wenn die Fenster offen waren, war der Rauschpegel kaum auszuhalten. Somit liessen wir nachts die meisten Fenster geschlossen, nur eines offen. So wird es aber im Sommer sehr heiss. Glücklicherweise war es aber knapp ok, 1 Monat später würde das aber nicht mehr gehen: => es fehlt eine Klimaanlage oder eine Lüftung (zumindest für die Zimmer auf der Bach-Seite).

To begin with, the staff was very responsive through the booking.com app in terms of messaging back-and-forth. I ended up with a flight cancellation and needed to adjust my stay and they were very accommodating. I arrived at 3 AM on my expected arrival day and an envelope was waiting for me with instructions and information that I needed. I would gladly stay at this property again. Also, well, the breakfast offerings were quite limited, they were sufficient. I chose to have dinner in the restaurant and found the service and food to be excellent. I am a retired hotel executive from a five star/5 diamond property in Southern California and understand Service better than most people. It’s nice to be able to go to a modest property in Europe and feel that I was treated exceptionally well. I will return.

It is a little bit on the older side, but very quaint. I am 70 years old and felt like I was a younger Guest, which was much to my amusement. The other guest I encountered were very pleasant. My French is limited and I was still able to communicate with the restaurant staff who didn’t speak much English, but the reception staff spoke more English than I speak French, so that was great. As I mentioned previously, all in all, everyone was very accommodating so this is a positive, not a negative even though I am filling out the box that says what I didn’t like. I was truly very happy with this facility.
