1) far away from centre of Quebec

1) Charged me different price than actual Booking, difference has not be reimbursed as of SEP. 13; Called to ask fo reimbursement. 2) told it was temporary security charge (in half French/half English) BUT difference has not been reimbursed. Questionable practice.
