Nice Hotel, clean and comfortable. Some very nice front of house staff

Staff attitude in bar and dining room. Very poor quality food and grossly overpriced. Lots of ice used in drinks to hide very small measures of spiritsFur coat bit novknickersF. 16 euros for a single vodka and a dash of tonic. Complains not followed up. Will not be staying in acHilton Hotelcagain.

The surroundings are stunning and the pool lovely, a little haven of peace and calm within the city

I booked a room with a balcony...there was a balcony, but it was really really small, you couldn't even sit on it

"Not a five star hotel"

This is not a 5 star hotel. It does offer 5 star location and staff. Five star hotels do not have shampoo and body wash bottles stuck on the wall like a Travel Lodge. Also 5 star hotels have doors on bathrooms and provide baths. My wife and I have been intimate for over 50 year but we still like privacy when doing our ablutions.

"A slice of heaven"

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic huge indoor pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, and a beautiful outdoor pool in front of the original villa. All surrounded by a delightful garden and charming staff, overall a perfect stay:)
