The stay was as expected as we had stayed here summer of 2023. Breakfast was top notch. Dining area was very nice. Patio area fine as well. The only concern was heating of pool. Not as expected.

What I liked: - very large spacious suite - parking space - responsiveness of the staff - wifi quality - basic but sufficient breakfast What I liked less: - location is not optimal, the hotel is located about two miles from the city center, one needs to drive to get dinner or to walk by the lake - the bathroom tub was dangerously slippery, we need to ask for a rubber carpet which was provided in the evening - they have a policy of cleaning the room only after the second night of a stay - this was not communicated at booking or check-in - very expensive

We liked how well set up the rooms are for longer stayed, thinking of extended family from out of country visiting. Very clean and everything in good shape. Bed was comfy and air con worked well. Decent water pressure and temperature. Decent selection for buffet breakfast which was included along with free parking and wifi.

If you’re here for the pool, don’t stay here. While the rooms and staff were great, the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was really cloudy and was filled with hair. Breakfast was great though. They had an outdoor area that the kids were able to use. They had basketballs at the front desk too. Rooms are clean. Staff were really helpful.

Pros: Easy parking, clean lobby and breakfast area, easy check in and out. Polite staff. Breakfast was included but very mediocre. Cons: Shampoo wasn't filled in one of the bathrooms, dishwasher only has 1 soap pod for 3.5 day stay and dishes werent put away from previous guest. Beds are only made every other day. Expensive for small rooms.
