Отличные завтраки, в номерах чисто.

В номерах духота, нет возможности открыть окна технически, номера не проветриваются. У персонала явные проблемы с коммуникацией. Пришли ночью в лобби посмотреть футбол, заказали выпивку и хотели заказать поесть, но кухня в тот день не работала. Пришлось заказать еду через вольт. Получив доставку, сотрудник отеля в агрессивной форме утверждал, что со своей едой запрещено. Вразумительных объяснений на вопрос почему нельзя, когда их собственная кухня закрыта - мы не получили. Может мне еще в мой номер нельзя заказывать постороннюю еду?
