"Love the property but watch out for double charges."

The property is always clean and welcoming. It’s comfortable and feels like home.

I love staying at this property. I’ve never had an issue with this property until my last stay. I always book and pay through booking.com. I have a card on file I use when I do my check-in and it has never been charged until my last stay. Not only was I charged through booking.com but I was also charged the same amount through the actual property. Double charging is theft/fraud. They need to have their systems checked or figure out if it’s an employee that is responsible for the additional charges.

"I wouldn’t stay again I’m sorry but the elevator doesn’t function right either and we refused extra 2 extra towels"

This particular hotel was top tier. The designs of the main entrance, the breakfast area was spacious,versatile, and very welcoming for families, singles. You can tell it was created with the guests in mind. The Continental breakfast was outstanding with lots of options to choose from. The staff was excellent. Fast and friendly check-in. The view itself was amazing. You look it your window and in the back is a beautiful creek bed. The everything about the hotel was amazing and beautiful. Stay here.
