Beach Side Condos at Turtle Beach Towers

The towels were stained and the room was infested with ants

No hot water for two days then transfered to another apt rental which had roaches

Like the location, spacious accommodation, friendly staff and a good manager that goes out of his way to give guest the best possible stay. George is a very reasonable and fair man. Didn't like that property was run down and in need a a major upgrade. If you're a big time investor then you may see this property as a great opportunity.

The owner was accommodating for check in, however that was the only positive thing about this apartment itself. The first night we came, the apartment was dusty, we were given towels the literally shed on you when you used it, most of the pots and pans had handles that were falling off them. The were these little tiny white bugs that were EVERYWHERE! I was traveling with someone who resides in Jamaica and even they couldn't figure out what it was. The sheets and blankets had stains on them; i could honestly go on and on. This property is severely outdated! After two nights we returned to the apt and someone had come in to clean it; the owner forgot to tell us this so we walked in feeling like someone had been in our place without permission. I have heard there are some really nice places in Turtle Towers; this is not one of them. I would not return nor recommend this property to anyone!

Property was a little old Air conditioner in the bedroom only The plus side it was on the beach

Location was ideal. Pool chairs could be better to allow to switch positions. Only allowed for laying on back. Security was good. Could use a coffee maker in the room. Was not pleased with check in conversation with person over the phone. Somewhat rude and aggressive with payment as if I was trying to cheat him or not pay upon check in.

The property is very poor , and is not what is represented in the photos on the site, would not recommend.

Had to book last minute, nice place, they were renovating the board walk and there was no direct access to the beach (we had to walk all around the buildings)

The area is very nice and the people are very warm and I would go back to the area . The place is very beautiful and clean. The ocean is beautiful and blue . You have nothing but blue skies. My family did have a wonderful time in the country of Jamaica- no problem man😃

I had the worse accommodation and experience this pass trip to Ocho Rios my room was switched by the owner of the hotel from Turtle Towers to Sandcastle Resorts. He claimed that he had plumbing trouble at Turtle Towers hotel but I guess it was at both hotels. My husband and I would have had a very disheartening time. The toilet couldn't flush the fan in the ceiling was dirty, the shower curtain was rusty and old dirty even. A huge padlock on the narrow balcony with two dirty chairs. Out of my 4 night stay 3 nights of party on the beach from 6pm-12 am with sound music box centered towards the room. It vibrated for those long hours Horrible Horrendous..
