It is a nice place, nice people. A couple things to mention: although towels were clean, they were stained. I wouldn't suggest using stained towels. We were only provided 1 coffee packet but there was 2 of us. Oversight?

There was nothing that I didn't like the place was nice and clean and very quiet so I had to really enjoyable time there I'm definitely will be coming back thank you for everything ⛱️
This is a family owned and run hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room had everything you need, coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware, full size refrigerator, toaster and a hot plate. The location is right across the street from the beach and a block to the Waffle House and a mile to John's Pass. The area is not as crowded as Clearwater so no fighting the traffic. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and convenient , but the shower hot water was not regulated, and the fumes from the hot water made me sneeze for some reason

The room itself was clean and decent however when I was checking out the first thing the lady at the counter asked me was “did you do any damage to the room?” I found this astonishing and extremely rude, especially since she was pointing at me and speaking to her husband in their native tongue. Of course my response was, “absolutely not! As I mentioned last night I was here for a funeral service and just needed a good night sleep”.
