Location - clean - friendly and helpful staff . Beautiful views

Our room was quite noisy at night . It was a corner location and traffic could be heard all night and especially early morning

There is no doubt that the hotel is beautiful and in an ideal location. The views are stunning. This room we stayed in was only adequate. It was room 702 and it had a tiny balcony and a partial sea view. Layout of the room had something to be desired. There is no full length mirror anywhere in the room. In addition the minibar was very dirty, as were some aspects of the bathroom. However, the most undesirable aspect of this hotel is the fact that the food and beverage department is very un accommodating and the waiters can be rude. My travel agent, who is wonderful, booked some amazing excursions, however they left very early in the morning. On one morning when we asked if we could take something with us from the breakfast buffet the waiter was incredibly rude and acted like we were low class. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk they did not seem to be concerned and told me the excursions the hotel booked did not leave early. I think because Sorrento is dependent on tourism, the hotels should accomodate the guests that need to leave early to make it in time to an early excursion rather than be rude and disrespectful. Regardless of the beauty of this hotel, I will not be reccomending it to my friends who travel. We went without breakfast two days, despite paying for it and at no time did any staff member appear to be the slightest bit apologetic.

This is a lovely hotel in every way possible. I can’t fault it. The staff are lovely and helpful. The room was great and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choice. Being able to access the sea was a big plus too. We hope to return one day.

Lovely reception area and beach club. we had a 3rd floor suite. Not a huge suite but perfectly adequate. Nice balcony overlooking the sea. Very good and attentive breakfast service. Very friendly and helpful staff. A 10-15 minute walk into town but that suited us as we enjoy walking.

Breakfast was excellent as was the service. The service and attitude of all staff was exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this rating

This is the kind of hotel you note for future stays. The friendly service is from everyone here, and all seem happy to work here. The concierges gave great recommendations and never hesitated on any request. We will plan to be back!
