"The location is great !!!! The massor in the spa too!!"

I had a room on the top floor and I could see a bit of the see and the vegetation. It was amazing how close the facility was to the beach and the sea and how close to the little center and the beautiful maritime pines. Some of the staff were impeccable!!

Most of the staff was great and impeccable, yet at the reception, on the day of the arrival the person who did the check in the early morning was not the most accommodating and cordial in the attitude. He did everything to help us but as if he was doing us a favor. I didn’t expected that in a 5 stars hotel. The rest of the staff at the reception, at the restaurant and at the spa was super kind and professional.

Un po' più attenzione tipo la scheda che apre la porta per entrare nella camera non funzionava più per un albergho di cinque stelle non dovrebbero succedere
