It was clean and affordable. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. Having her nearby was reassuring. Great place if you just need to put your head down and don’t want to pay through the nose for a hotel.

This is my own fault to be fair as I did not take care to see that my room was a shared bathroom option and I don’t really like to share a bathroom - even though, in fairness, it was clean. I was worried about who I might run into in the hallway in the night. I could hear noise from other rooms at first, which made me feel like I was in a house-share with God knows who! I was however, reassured that at least the landlady was around. She was great. So all in all I’d recommend own-bathroom option for solo ladies, who might tend to feel a bit vulnerable on their own.

Great location, host was fantastic, close to town centre and good value for money.

No parking nearby (not hosts fault), no en suit but more than reflected in the price.
