The location to the airport is ideal.

Our transfer pick up from the airport did not arrive. Break down in comms between the hotel staff.

到着時に宿泊者の名前を把握していなかった。一度、Airport Side Hotel Entebbe側のミスでキャンセルされていたが、部屋が用意できることになったと連絡が入ったので旅行直前に再度予約していたにもかかわらず。。。 到着した日の夜はレセプションまわりに3名ほどのスタッフがいたが、誰一人まともな英語を話せない。。 さらに、Booking.com上で「表示されている最終料金が、宿泊施設にお支払いいただく金額です。US$41.44(消費税/VAT18 %、市税2 %も含めて」と出ているのに、なぜか追加で１３ドルを要求され、英語で説明してもまともに対応してくれない。このホテルがウガンダで4つ目のホテルだったので、こちらもシステムは把握しているつもりです。おかしいとは思ったものの、旅行の疲れと翌日の早朝フライトのために3時間眠れるかどうかという状況だったので、繰返しの説明はせずに終了しました。部屋案内のさいに「明日は朝食を食べる時間にいないので、可能であれば簡単なサンドウィッチなど用意していただけないか？」と聞いて了承を得たが、午前3時の空港シャトル乗車のさいには受付は真っ暗で誰もおらず、当然サンドウィッチも用意されていませんでした。さらに、シャトルのドライバーも遅れるという状況でした。合計で5時間ちょっとしか滞在しなかったのですが、自分達は何に対して５４ドルも払ったのか？と感じてしまいました。。。

Very close to the airport. Lovely staff and we were dropped for free at the airport which really help. Good breakfast, the area is very serene and safe. Well positioned between the airport and the city.

The hotel is at a great location if you're flying into and travelling out of Entebbe. What I liked most was the care of the staff in the hotel, always giving you support when needed and without any delay or irritation. I would like to thank them, especially Virginia, Sandrea and Virginia- they made the stay really nice for me in Entebbe! Not all rooms have balconies, but there is a very nice common veranda from which you could enjoy a quite afternoon or evening (with the many birds chirping in the garden) by yourself. I would definitely recommend this place!

The bathroom in one room I stayed was a bit stinky, although it seemed clean.
