Ótima localização, central e silencioso. Funcionários atenciosos, quarto amplo.

O quarto não possui luminaria de cabeceira (luz de leitura), apenas uma luz central e no Hall do quarto. Solicitamos na recepção, o funcionários se prontificou a conseguir, mas trouxe uma luminaria de led muito fraca, nao servia para ler e apenas uma. É um quesito que precisa ser melhorado. A piscina térmica com muitas crianças o que nao tornava o uso confortável para que busca um pouco de sossego e relaxar na piscina.

A acolhida e o atendimento dos funcionarios é muito boa e cordial. O estacionamento é grande e limpo. O quarto é muito grande e bonito. Banheiro ótimo, com aquecimento central. Próximo do centro de Nova Petrópolis. Possui restaurante aberto a noite, de ótima qualidade. Ao meio dia, não tem almoço, mas é perto do Restaurante Platano,

Falta de placas de indicações para a entrada do Hotel. Eu não conhecia o local.

Organização, café da manhã, localização.

Saída da piscina, pois precisa passar pela recepção e pegar frio. A internet deixa bastante a desejar. A TV não funcionou com wi-fi.
