Hotel La Villa

La atención del personal (recepcion) al momento de llegar, a pesar de que en fotos por fuera se ve bien al entrar deja mucho que desear, el restaurante brilla por su ausencia no tenia casi nada (Hora de comida) y en el desayuno muy pocas opciones 6/10 nadamas para salir del apuro si andas de viaje

Habitación muy vieja, ropa de cama sucia, base de cama de cemento muy deteriorado, baño muy viejo, aire lavado muy fuerte y no se puede apagar, en general muy viejo y descuidado.

Bien en general

Water pressure in shower was great. Breakfast is the only reason we stay.

First, need to remove booking.com from the Villa apparently they do not use booking.com. Second please explain in more detail interference air conditioning. Please need to practice honor prices for unit even though customers did not reserve directly at hotel. And I strongly believe it time to replace all utilities in all rooms. Shower head, toilet seat, toilet,tiles in bathroom, and more to date bedding. And plus air conditioner too. Our room never cool at all through the night. Very disappointed. And prices were too high.

Location near bus station and family.

Pool was not clean....Fungus on Shower Floor and sink faucet....OLD FURNITURE and Decoration A/ C window unit. SoLD AS AN UPGRATE ROOM. Chair had Bodily Fluids....Drawer i fested and falling appart. STAFF WAS RUDE and ZERO customer service skills....SOLD ME 2nd Night Outside Booking ...or else!!

Muy céntrico y bien lugar

At reception, we were offer to "upgrade" from room air condition to a mini-split option at a sub-charge to the room cost. We did not know why this would be an option so we decline the charge. Later we found out that the air condition would stop working in the middle of the night and during the day. We didn't have a room temperature control so we were at the mercy to call the front desk and have the air check turn back on after an hour or so.

Dirty and poor limited parking nothing compared to the pictures

Bueno el hotel, aunque se requiere minimizar ruido exterior ocasionados por otros huéspedes.
