My sister liked the look of the design of the room. I liked the refrigerator size. The was comfortable. I think maybe the floor maybe needed to be moped. The waffles for breakfast were fantastic.

I was not able to stay here at there was no power after hurricane Beryl hit the coast. They told me to contact hotels. Com for a refund for my stay since they could not honor my reservation. They then REFUSED to allow a refund once they had their money. I am beyond furious at this theft!

Good rooms, very clean just had crickets

Close to event I was attending and lots of food options close. Didn't like the ice machine Didn't work, washer and dryer didn't work, tv remote didn't work so could only watch 1 channel, gap on entrance door so multiple crickets in our room. Walls thin could hear everything.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi suit. The room was clean and bed was comfortable

Rooms have been upgraded since last year. They were clean. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 but office was locked and no breakfast. We left at 7 am without breakfast.

Rooms were very spacious and clean.

The state was okay but when I got home and unpacked my tablet was missing it was in my suitcase I never used it and never took it out the suitcase

The bed was extremely firm, it was hard to sleep on. The toilet paper holder was broken. The main issue i had is someone staying was riding a mini motorcycle through the parking lot at inconvenient times, and random knocking at my door in the early hours. It wasn't a pleasant stay by any means, but through no fault of the hotel staff, rather its guests who care only for their own entertainment.
