Super quaint and comfy location

The lighting in the room and bathroom was really poor.

This is a lovely, quiet hotel 10-15 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas. Our room was quite large with good en suite bathroom. Ursula is a great host who speaks good English.

El agua caliente falló varias veces y cuando funcionaba no tenía mucha temperatura.

Nos avons été très bien accueillis, et l’hôtel a été vraiment super lorsque que nous avons eu un problème avec notre logement précédent pour nous trouver une chambre ! Ils nous ont et également préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter un matin où nous partions tôt. Le lieu est beau, accueillant et chaleureux, la chambre était très confortable et bien décorée

Il y avait une odeur de canalisation dans la salle de bain qui n’est pas partie du séjour, mais avec la porte fermée ça ne nous a pas tant dérangé

Gracious hosts handled our late arrival and held our luggage for a day while we visited the islands. Good if simple breakfast. Hot water in the shower. Beautiful garden setting. Good value.

Carpet in our room was getting a little tired, but was fine for the price.

An amazing oasis in the middle of the Puno. We are not city people and love being around nature so found this beautiful hotel relaxing and peaceful. They breakfast starts at 6am so you can eat before the tours and we were kindly packed a snack bag on departure. Very safe, clean and very comfortable beds (the duvet and pillows were amazing). Run by two very kind, friendly ladies. We loved our stay!
