HORRIBLE!!! I booked a room a week in advance, we get to this hotel (2hours away from home) go to check in and they won’t let us stay here because my husband didn’t have his ID! I was the one who reserved the room, I was the main guest and I had my ID and had already pre paid. They told us we would have to find another hotel that could accommodate us. NEVER had this problem, my husband has NEVER had to show his ID. And we travel ALOT! But it was a gods sent! Because we went down the street to the four points by Sheraton (yes they let us check in with just my ID) and got a way better room, quality, location, everything for $40 more.
