"Very dissapointed with the Sheraton brand."

Location was convenient to where we needed to go.

Amenities were not available. TV didn’t work in our room, no microwave or refrigerator, the pool was drained, the hallway stunk of cannibis. The breakfast was not very fresh.

We left the room by 10 o’clock and there was no room service and they just started on our floor around that time. We had no sign on the door, saying Service later.
