"Worst 4 star hotel in Lahore - Four Points by Sheraton"

The worst 4 star hotel in lahore. Staff was really ill mannered. Breakfast buffet had very limited menue with exactly the same food daily. Waiters were illmannered as well. I was there for four days and house keeping didnt change dental kit and washroom stuff daily despite mentioning. Only good thing I could remember is their amazing butter croissants.

"Great stay for early morning flight"

This was a terrific stay. The hotel's stay, park and fly deal is a good one. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The downstairs bar had great happy hour deals. I can't think of a bad thing to say about the hotel. While it is close to the airport, it's pretty quiet, too. The location is pretty good but it is not near a ton. And traffic can get pretty crazy nearby. But really, this is a great place.

Everyone was kind and nice. Very professional

Just the walking from having to find a park spot. It will be nice if they had golf carts to come around different hours to pick people up in the parking lot especially at night.

This is my second time staying here and the great customer service is consistent. Ade at the bar/restaurant went above and beyond for my family, was friendly, and very tentative! I travel for work and stay at hotels before ever recommending them to my clients. I will HIGHLY recommend Four Points Sheraton Atlanta Airport West and will be staying here again in the near future!

Nice hotel, great price. The restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend the burger. Ade was our bartender and server. He should train restaurant staffs because the service was amazing, and he brought a contagious, positive attitude that was highly appreciated. Thanks Ade!
