La Copa Inn Brownsville

There was nothing to like at all. No breakfast included. No coffee maker or coffee in rooms. This is the 2nd dirtiest hotel we stayed in so far during our road trip. Housekeeping staff hung around in front of room as management couldn’t see them We asked them not to enter the room. I came out of the shower and saw door closing.

Thick soap scum in shower area. Shopping carts and stray cats on premises Toilet seat looked filthy but it was worn down to under stain and wood. We purchased cleaning products from Walmart to clean it ourselves. Towels were thin. Washing machine and dryer were filthy

The location is close to the highway

The early check in fee was unnecessary when the room smelled like bug spray. The floors were wet and I don’t think it was from recent mopping. A towel had a wad of people’s hair attached to it. 

Cleaning and courtesy more asesibility. Ice machine don't work half of my room light don't work. Cleaning fan very very dirty.etc etc
