La Copa Inn Brownsville

This location Is dirty, we think one of our family got bitten by bed bugs!! My brother was asked if he wanted to rent by the hour!!

The rooms are dirty. Walls a scratched. Old furmiture. Piece.of.glass within the sheets which cause to cut myself. Smells. Hard mattress and uncomfortanle.to.sleep in. Old remote control for TV.

Customer Service it’s Horrible They Charger You Extra for a 3 year Old. The Guy seems ok. Has but the Lady has a Very Ugly Attitude Seems like She is used to be Arguing and it’s Very condescending . I Check Out the Following Day. Only Spent a Night There . I had book for 3 days but I didn’t care to loose money. Didn’t want to feel that uncomfortable. I’m always traveling to Brownsville cause My Family lives here. And stay in different Hotels. Wanted to try this one cause the connivence of the Location. But I Would Never Ever Stay There Again and Definitely Will Not Recommended to My Family and Friends .

door locks broke, computer connections not working, beds were horrible, lights and ceiling fan not working, furniture drawers missing, no coffee pots in room. I guess you get what you pay for. will not use this place again

Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Property needs a remodel but the price was reasonable and very close to the hospital which was very important. Also very quiet in the room.

Refrig & Microwave, Wifi in room. Good value - you get what you pay for.

Place is run down...needs some upgrades...front desk personnel told us no visitors were allowed...I asked him we were picking up our grand kids 2 and 5 years old and he told us that they were not allowed to stay with us or used the pool.... what kind of hotel does not let there kids stay with them...grand it I haven't seen our grandkids in a couple of years...never again will I stayed at this location.....

great folks super friendly and helpful nice big well furnished room. great air conditioning. a real need in the summer texas heat. great location.

I liked that the rooms were decently cleaned and everything was working as far as the refrigerator and remote. I truly dont have any negative comments only that i tried to speak to the receptionist at 2am and continued to ring the doorbell and there was no answer.
