Despite the rain during our entire stay, the heated pools were a highlight. My nephews had a great time swimming and didn't let the weather dampen their fun.

The layout of the hotel resort is quite confusing. Guest often struggle to locate the villas and towers due to a lack of clear signage and directional guidance throughout the property.

The unit itself is exceptional. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The appliances were perfect for our needs.

We were hounded from the time we got there by a Mr. Tyler until the time we left about attending a 90 minute presentation to be able to book direct with the resort. They call the next day 6 times in a row until we threatened to call the police for harassment. When we checked out they called again. They did not apologize but simply stated they were doing their jobs... We have stayed at the property through Airbnb and it has been wonderful in the North and South towers. I just would not book Club Wyndam again.
