Everything was great! Perfect spot to enjoy Treasure Island!

Great property. Loved the view. If it rains the area floods really bad.

Perfect location and easy access to beach. Dining, waffle house, coffee shops and grocery store walkable distance. Staff is super friendly. Units have full kitchen

there wasn't anywhere to smoke and half of the deck was messed up

My family and I went to stay at the resort and the resort and pool was in poor shape. Also, the walk to the beach was far considering it was beach front and not a pleasant walk. We decided to leave and stay at another resort bear by that was much nicer and less expensive. The room was the same size. They would not refund the amount.

It was not good I had to leave early because it was making me sick trying to stay in the room I have a case with hotels.com asking for money to be returned because of the conditions of things I took pictures of everything except the washing machine because you can't take a picture of the smell it stunk so bad of mildew and mold ants got in the room and they sprayed something to kill them and I had to be exposed to that also dirty dishes in the dishwasher food on the outside of the refrigerator the faucets look like they never been scrubbed the tub drain was disgusting

We had an amazing 5 days at this resort as part of a theme park/beach holiday. The 5 nights we had here were wonderful and we could easily have stayed longer. The apartment was clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. We adored the view of the beach and sea and sitting out on the balcony relaxing was a perfect way to spend a few hours. Publix and restaurants are within walking distance and I can recommend Middle Grounds just across the road for a top quality meal. Everyone was friendly. Parking was a bit tight but we managed this. We will certainly be returning.

Polite and helpful staff,/clean and attractive room/ balcony looking onto the beach/ kitchen well-stocked with utensils/nearby restaurants/ easy walk down to the beach without having to cross any roads/ beachside chairs and sun shades/ nice pool and hot tub

The front of the building faces closely onto a busy road. This detracts from the beach ambience especially if you are staying in the bedroom that faces the road. Also I prefer less-populated beaches.
