Location was a little further away from city center than expected. TV selections were a little hard to negotiate.

Cleanliness Staff Breakfast

A new mattress was greatly needed in my room. It was like sleeping in a hammock it was so worn. The elevator was out of service and climbing stairs was difficult.

"Excellent"

The room was practically a mini suite! The location was very close to a lot of places to eat and easy access to the freeway. Very quiet despite its location on a busy street.

The walls were a little thin. We occasionally heard the people walking around above and next door. The shower head lacked force. Our room key was deactivated a day early.

"Good"

The elevator was down and we were told it was going to be fixed the next day and it wasn’t! My husband is 71 and I have bad knees. 21 steps was awful for three days! We always stay at a la Quinta when we travel and have stayed at your sight many times.

Clean. Pool and hot tub was enjoyable. Great location.

Was supposed to be a deluxe with two queen beds but I wouldn’t consider the room we had to be deluxe.
