"Good value for money, would stay again"

Quiet location, large room, tea, coffee, kettle etc, very clean linen

No mention of £50 security deposit taken until we arrived, and no cups to drink tea & coffee and unable to locate staff to report this.

That it was out of the way yes you had background noise from the A13 but was peaceful

Creaky floorboards, could hear people in other rooms moving around
