Very dirty booked a double bed was given 2 single beds on opposite sides off the room guest running around and banging doors all night ended up leaving and booking another hotel and all they would refund was £8 I would stay away

I didn’t even stay there I booked one single as only one left and when I arrived there was a man waiting outside when the manager finally came to the door we both went in the man gave him cash for two nights meaning he took my room manager asked me if I could share I said no chance and left and book another hotel tour the corner.

I haven’t got one nice thing to say about this hotel, apart from you get what you pay for, but the least you’d expect is a clean and humane place to stay. The man who checked us in was lovely but the night quickly went down hill, the room was awful and so dirty, everything looked like it had been slept in and left for the next person. The windows you could open up all the way and that’s a real health and safety issue. The man who managed the night shift was absolutely horrible, we had been locked out from the hotel as we needed to put some stuff into our car due to being woken up at early hours from a massive argument that ended in the police being called and he had refused to let us back inside due to accusing us of losing two of our keys and we had only been given 1! Then started accusing us of being apart of another situation when we had been sleeping. All I wanted was to gain access to my belongings as we wanted to leave. He was shouting and swearing at me and my mum and slammed the door in our faces where then we had to call the police to get back into our room, I felt unsafe to say the least and if you're a woman on your own please do not book with this hotel. Just a very angry and bitter man that had no customer care or safety for others within the building. The place is falling apart I cannot understand how it’s still open. I will be reporting them to the environmental health department, and other people should to as staying here is a health and safety hazard, especially with a guy like that that does not respect women.
