"Disappointing Stay in Lima"

This is our second stay at this hotel in two weeks as part of the Approach Perú trip. Facility is dated, black mold on the bathroom window, room smells musty, and breakfast presented in a dark window less conference room. Disappointed in Approach for booking this hotel as not up to their usual standards.

"EXCELLENT SERVICE"

The reception girls did well, their attention was quick and friendly. They helped me ordering taxis, and with any request that I wasn’t able to do. The room was nice, the bed was so comfortable, very tidy and clean. Also the hotel is located in a very safe place and close to everything. My stay was great. Thank you all!!!! 😁

Location is excellent, an easy walk to Lacomar, Parke Kennedy & Inka Market. Money exchange and tourist centre on the corner. Supermarket is close by. The Rooms are really clean, quite. Staff super helpful. Just what you need on holiday.

Absolutely no complaints.
