Mount Holyoke Inn

Very quiet, Beautiful views. Staff was excellent.

It was in a good location. The price was lower than any other hotels. There was a music festival happening this weekend and many hotels raised their rates. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room is in need of a makeover. Wallpaper is peeling. Microwave was broken. Laminate flooring felt like it was laid over carpet as it moved up and down and often cracked when walked on. The lock on my door was broken. I had to manually move the plate on the door so that the deadbolt would fit into it. My window had been left unlocked. The air conditioner was very loud.

The area is nice and secluded and quiet

Nothing else to say about the property. The only thing is that I found someone else’s eyelash on top of the toilet paper. It didn’t look too clean either. It wasn’t too clean. I had to clean the bathroom myself, which is not cool.

Musty, mold on bathroom door, spongy floor.

The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. The room looked run down but it sufficed.

The room was cold. The towels were thin. No bottled water provided. No overhead light so the room remained a bit dark overall. The vinyl finish on the desk chair was old and crumbly. The toilet had unpainted chips out of the seat.
