Great rooms and swimming pool

Room was big and comfortable, with bottle water and welcome fruit. Noise insulation okay.

Breakfast should add more western food selection. The display of ham and cheese slice was not appealing. I guessed the hotel was mainly targeted at Asian tourist group. Visible tainted spots on marble tile around the toilet basin

Sauna broken, to many kids in pool screaming and yelling from the time they openened to the time they closed could not use,to noisey Rhe reason i choose this hotel was for sauna and pool

More amenities could have been provided like microwave and utensils

Good breakfast buffet, room is decent size. Structure is solid and safe as we survivied one of Taiwan's biggest earthquale in 25 years despite whole buidling shaking. we booked 2 rooms and happy there was a connecring door in between the 2 doors which is handy as we were with 2 kids so can check on them easily.

The aircon is too cold, cannot adjust temperature despite there is a control, so we switched off one air con, and have only one air con on in one room for both rooms overnight. the bed mattresses are way too hard. I booked this hotel mainly to have a pool for the kids to chill during free time but the water was way too cold and the kids could only stand it for 20mins and refused to go in again which was annyoing as the hotel is out of the main area and no reason for us to stay so far from our hockey ice ring for practices otherwisw. i will not book this hotel again. the hot water took a while to get hot during the last noght when i showered, morning seems ok.

開車從國道下來距離不遠，停車場位置很多，不怕沒車位，房間坪數相當大，兩個人各自的行李箱都可以攤平放，早餐的部分比較簡單粥品、沙拉跟幾道熟食、飲料，可能是有接韓國團客的關係，早餐品項有泡菜跟炒年糕蠻特別的。 但清潔人員在未經允許且未退房情況下擅入客房打掃，清潔人員的領班(?)還說是有詢問過我們才開門進入，真的是睜眼說瞎話，員工溝通有待管理加強。
