"Nice pillow selection."

The balcony had a view of the pool house roof. Completely blocking any view of the city. Not the view I expected when booking a balcony room.

"The worst Hilton experience!"

The bed was a pillow top. The rooms were big.

Customer service was horrible! My fiancé was treated horribly for having Hilton rewards but since we booked with booking and not Hilton we got no benefits. We booked with the free breakfast and it took 3 trips to the front desk to honor it. Vallet was rude when there was zero room to park outside and we were coming back around 2pm. In room dining doesn’t answer calls and waits until the end of hours to call back.

Location and staff. Responsive with tech support when we couldn’t figure out the tv lol.

Couldn’t get any hand soap. Bathroom door would not lock and came apart.
