מיקום קרוב לטיילת , חדר מאוד מרווח ונעים .

الشقة صغيرة ومفتوحة على بعض باستثاء غرفة واحد هي التي فيها خصوصية االجلسة الرئيسية بالصاله غير مريحة ومتعبة بالجلوس (خشب فوقه طبقة اسفنج خفيفة) يعني يكسر الظهر لا انصح العائلات مع ابناؤهم بها (لانعدام الخوصية) المطبخ صغير ولا تتوفر به جميع ادوات الطبخ فقط يوجد مقلاة وبعض الصحون

الموقع جيد قريب من مول صغير وسوبرمارت 24 ساعة وكذلك بعض المطاعم الحلال (مطاعم عادية جدا) المكان نظيف جدا وفيه خدمة تنظيف يومي

الفندق نظيف وموقعه ممتاز.

هنالك العديد من الشعارات السياسية في الفندق ومرافقه.

النظافه و الخدمه و توفر جميع الاختياجات تقريبا احتجت كواية ملابس طلبتها من خدمة الغرف و تم توفيرها مباشره بشكل عام الطاقم متعاون جدا تسجيل الدخول و الخروج عن طريق استقبال النادي الرياضي با الدور الاول و كان مرن و ما آخذ وقت طويل

الموقع غير واضح لا توجد واجهه للفندق مجرد باب صغير مكتوب عليه اسم الفندق و الصاله الرياضية اللي في الدور الاول أيضا قوقل ماب راح يوصلك للشارع الثاني و ليس أمام الفندق الغرفه متعبه من ناحية الخصوصية با النسبه للعوائل لا يوجد خصوصية الجميع في غرفه واحده و حمام واحد لا يوجد شطاف

من افضل الشقق كل شي متوفر بالشقه، الموقع فوق الممتاز كل شي جنبك من بقاله ومطاعم حلال وقريب من الشاطئ والبوليفارد 3 دقايق مشي يصلح للشباب والعوائل

היינו שלוש אנשים ורצינו להיות ביחד המלון הזה סיפק לנו את זה באופן מושלם גם מיטות בשפע וגם פרטיות בקומה העליונה יש גם חדר כושר במתחם סגרנו ליום אחד ובסוף נשארו לארבעה לילות יש ניקוי וסידור חדרים כל יום יום מאוד נהנו גם יש מכונת כביסה שאפשר לכבס את הבגדים

במיקום נחמד קרוב לקניון נחמד וסופר גדול ליד המלון אבל אין נוף לים מרחק לים 8 דקות הליכה

הפסקות חשמל הקשו על השהות,חוסר במגבות,תחזוקת המזגנים בשעות השהות בחדר בטמ"פ של 35° בחוץ הקשתה מאוד על השהות. מן הראוי שנקבל פיצוי על עוגמת הנפש בזמן השהיה כשעתיים בחושך ללא חשמל וללא מיזוג,אבל לא קיבלנו.

We stayed 7 nights, we travelled as 2 adults and 2 small kids. we were comfortable enough. There are kitchen facilities , fridge, microwave inside. there is washing machine. the property is new. it’s on the third floor, and there is elevator, there are about 6 apartments there. The beach takes about 10 minutes walk (maybe 15 with traffic lights ). you can rent the sunbeds and umbrella there for about 30 lari for 2 people. there is batumi mall around 100 m from it. there is supermarket and other small shops and cafes around. It was quite during our stay. The beds are not the best, but ok. They change towels daily and do light cleaning.

It’s definitely not 4 star as written on booking. There were some stains on bedding. on the first night my daughter got crazy allergy on the part of face which touched the pillow, I guess from washing powder. They need to use less aggressive detergents. The staff is rude and not trained, there is no management. The staff simply doesn’t greet you. Only the male receptionist is ok, the lady is disaster: arrogant and rude. When I asked her if some one can help us with bags( we are 2 women and 2 small kids, and we have 6 bags) , she told me NO, we cannot help you, while 2 cleaners were sitting on sofa and playing on mobiles. our floor was always dirty. Everything you need to ask, starting from toilet paper to washing powder. They don’t see themselves that you need anything. for 165$ per night for apartment I believe they could be more generous. We gave up asking and bought toilet paper ourselves, kitchen towel. there is also no bath mat, no dishwasher tablets , nothing to boil egg inside like saucepan. we asked, but the answer was, if you need, you can buy yourself. When you rent an apartment with kitchen , you don’t plan to buy saucepan yourself. If you hope to cook there, there are no tools, only one frying pan. that’s it. Be careful with restaurants, we were poisoned twice that on arrival to Dubai kids are still sick. we won’t come back to batumi anymore. definitely overpriced
