Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites

From car parking security and availability for my high vehicle to a very comfortable clean quiet and well equipped apartment for our stay over with friendly proficient staff! Close to the beach and eating venues!

Missing bath linen which was promptly provided on request!

Room was lovely , great location within walking distance to everything, Pool area looked beautiful would be fantastic in summer

Room itself was smaller than Bookings.com statement of 70 square metres but overall ok.

Paying $200 a night for this accommodation was wrong. WE have stayed at a few Oaks now and they were brilliant until booking this one. $150 per night would be top dollar for this accommodation so very dissapointed with bookings.com and the Oaks. We had plenty of items missing from kitchen utilities which we had to do without except for a frying pan which we had to go through reception to sort out and after a time this was delivered to room. Plenty of other problems which was not in their best interest as we will not be staying there again & will be letting others know about the issues.

We all lived staying here. Super cosy room with a fantastic view. Great location, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars all in handy walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we met who was also staying there all seemed as happy as we were. We will be back again.

Was central to everything Bed was comfy ,staff were friendly

Shower was very old Had to put a piece of paper under the door in the bath so it didn’t swing open when you went to use the toilet

The accommodation was clean, quiet and had most things we needed.

Pillows were very soft and offered little support. Staff said all the pillows were the same. They brought one to my room which was the same. Funny thing was that my partner's pillow was different and better. Not a big deal but could be better.

I loved the location which is an easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, so many to choose from. Greenmount Surf Club has an excellent view. Lots of lovely scenic walks with several beaches close by. I had an ocean view Appt which I could not fault. Security and carparking was good as was the service. This truly is a great place to stay and I would like to return when the weather is not so cruel.
