During the heatwave, our room facing the golf course was very hot despite the ac, because it wasn't strong enough to cool the room. The next day, I mentioned it to reception and they were very helpful, changed the room of equivalent value in a much cooler area of the hotel and it made such a difference. All in all was a very pleasant short stay.

It's a small remark because having the indoor pool is lovely, but the pillars near the stairs to get in/out of the pool were quite dirty, you could see the grime above the water level, so that was a little unsightly.

Dat je bij het zwembad handdoeken mocht gebruiken en daarna ik de wasmand kon doen. Dat je daar een koffieapparaat met kopjes kon gebruiken. Heel relax. En de mooie bossen en fietspad door het bos naar Amersfoort en Soest. Het ontbijtbuffet was ook veel keus en heerlijk. Aardig personeel! Overdekte fietsenstalling.

Dat er in het zwembad prive les wordt gegeven aan kinderen. Wij dachten lekker rustig te zwemmen. Ik heb nergens gelezen welke tijd zwemles werd gegeven.

Nice location, pet friendly, clean and well maintained hotel. We had very pleasant experience with (manager) Simone. He was very friendly, helpful and nice. We had some issues with AC in our room. He manage everything perfectly and quick. Thanks.
