Personeel supervriendelijk. Ontbijt heerlijk, goed zwembad en lekkere sauna’s. Lag aan een golfbaan. Verder prima.

Slechte wifi en daardoor ook slechte tv. Mijn verwachtingen waren hoger, ook gezien de prijs. Het geluid van de naastgelegen provinciale weg was duidelijk hoorbaar. Ben normaal niet zo kritisch maar gezien de prijs en naam van de keten viel het toch een beetje tegen. Om de fietsen op te laden, vonden we wat omslachtig. Daarom hebben we de accu's meegenomen naar de kamer. Eigenlijk vonden wij dit zelf niet fijn, maar ook als hotel moet je dat niet willen!

kann ich nicht beurteilen

ich hatte eine Reservierungsbestätigung direkt erhalten und dann eine weitere 2 Tage vor Anreise. Danach erhielt ich eine Absage und wurde in ein anderes Hotel verlegt. Man wollte mir trotzdem den vollen Preis berechnen obwohl das Ausweichhotel preislich deutlich günstiger war. Aus Kompensation bot man mir einen alkoholfreien Drink an der Bar an!!!!! Das Ganze ist eine solche Unverschämtheit, dass ich es gar nicht fassen kann. Eine Entschuldigung des Hotels fehlt bis jetzt.

Centrale ligging en de aanwezigheid van een spa/sauna

Vreemde geur in de kamer, slecht werkende airco met vrij veel lawaai, evenals de VMC in de badkamer. Vrij harde matrassen en oud meubilair op het balkon. De shampoo en douchegel in mijn kamer waren op en het balkon ronduit smerig. Natuurlijk kun je dan iemand bellen die dat allemaal oplost of een andere kamer aanbiedt, maar ik verwacht eigenlijk dat dat soort zaken gewoon op orde zijn bij aankomst, zonder dat je daar zelf om moet vragen.
