Area was non attractive, cost vs other hotels was eay not worth it. But location froendly when traveli gbto Manhatan, Brooklyn and Bro nx if you have a car. Pkg is free. Breakgeast disappointing.

I need my money back, I reserved my room through orbits for Sunday 12/3/19 I was in new Jersey when I made the reservation so I got at hmotel around 2:00 am the guy at front desk told me I had to wait until 3pm really? It was 2am with my wife, and 3 kids waiting in the car under cold weather?. He told me there was no room available, smoking and I have to pay again. I went to other Hotel.

The stay overall was okay. It was clean and staff were nice but the water kept going off in the toilet and it was a disturbance throughout the night. It is very close to New York City and was worth the stay for the price paid.

I don't like that fact that I booked through Expedia. Expedias site entered the wrong date of booking then couldn't help me. I will never use you guys again. The only upside is I have a great guy and he's a Veteran.

It was ok - room was ok. Area wasn’t great but if you need somewhere to sleep and don’t want anything fancy then it’s ok. very outdated look and feel.

The clerk at the desk was very nice every time I called to let him know I would be arriving later than originally planned. When onsight I was given advice as to the options to get over to Manhatten via bus or subway.
