"This is my second booking at the same place while I'm in Miami."

The balcony on the room and location is great.

The elevator going to our room is scary. I was able to take the stairs down, but the door going to the stairs on the ground level wouldn't open from the outside so we could take the stairs up. The elevator they have in the front desk building going to the pool works fine, but the other elevator I personally think needs work.
