"Never stay here, ever!"

Got to our room, lights didn’t work, wire hanging out of ceiling where the smoke detector use to be(no smoke detector) mold all over toilet seat/dirty toilet bowl, stained pillow cover, security latch missing off of door, room smelled, room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long while. they refused to refund my room and were forced to stay there, all other hotels booked up for new years

"Nice budget friendly option"

We've stayed here many times and the rooms are always clean and staff is friendly. If going to Tunica casinos, you cant fo wrong staying here.

"Probably will never stay there again."

Location and heat.

No tv. Hotel would not pay price for dish service. Room had 2 towels when went downstairs and asked for more on day 2. All laundry always in dryer would bring when fished. Never got any. Staff was always hid in personal room . Ring bell and it would take forever for them to come.

The room was very dirty. The tv did not work. Told manager about room and did nothing to clean it or change room. Would like credit for the room.
