Best Western Plus Houston Atascocita Inn & Suites

I liked the location, the restaurants were nearby and easily accessible to the freeway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the manager for letting us stay in our room because we were checking back in and I had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and we we Would be staying in a room on the same floor.

The only suggestion I would make is to have lactose free milk. These days with so many people lactose intolerant it would be nice for a hotel to give you other milk choices.

Best motel in the area. Always well kept and staff very friendly.

We drove over 8hrs, arrived 3hrs early. Was told the room was ready, but it would cost $25 plus tax more to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two nights and upon checkout, was told I couldn’t receive a senior citizen discount because I had booked through Booking.com. I was told if I’d have booked through the Best Western website, I could have gotten the senior citizen discount.

The breakfast would have been better if kept warmer. The sausage was rubbery. The coffee was excellent.
