Check in işlemleri pürüzsüz ve hızlıydı. Otel direkt Kayseri merkezde. Konaklamış olduğumuz oda oldukça büyüktü ve şehir manzarası vardı. Otelin kendine ait otoparkının olması bizim için çok büyük bir avantaj oldu.

"Rokers kamer gekregen en Airco werkte niet."

Locatie en ruime kamer.

Ik ben tegen mijn wil in een rookers kamer geplaatst ze zeiden dat ze volledig volgeboekt waren. Ze kwamen met een kamer spray een luchtje spuiten maar nicotine geur was overal, zelfs kussens in bed en de bank stonk naar zwaar nicotine. Airco deed het niet, ik heb de receptie gebeld dat het te warm is om te slapen. Technische medewerker kwam langs om te vertellen dat ze nu ivm tussenfase centraal hebben geregeld en andere klanten warmer wilden hebben, waarop ik aangaf mij 24 graden op kamer te warm was om te kunnen slapen. Maar ze konden het niet verhelpen hun advies was om met raam open te slapen. Hotel midden in centrum naast grote plein, hele nacht last gehad van auto geluiden. Was al en al een zeer slechte ervaring.
