"Nice beachfront studio apartment."

Great location. Loved being able to walk out on the beach. Nice porch and seating areas. Very clean. Nice kitchenette.

Many emails/texts from Vacasa. Rather excessive.

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, and the second floor balcony view of Provincetown lovely. The bay side beach was great for walking. The property manager was on site and very helpful. Working BBQ and 2 fire pits were nice addition. Plenty of beach chairs. Room was roomy, kitchen very functional, and shower spacious. Everything was as represented online. Would stay here again, except for management company adding on unnecessary expensive fees.

Expensive added fees to consumer.

Location is outstanding.

The service charge that was added AFTER the sale. $250.00 on top of the advertised rates was pure robbery for such a broken and dirty accommodation.
