San Luis Inn and Suites

Room was very clean.smell clean.I like that they had extra towels already in the room in a dresser.check in was so easy.The Lady in the counter was really pleasant.

Value for the price and location.

Internal lights inadequate

Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Location can’t be beat.

Sheets were a bit scratchy

Decent location, clean no frills motel type place.

Bit noisy next to 101. Parking lot was full yet had vacancies.

How close it was to downtown.

Staff was rude, environment was uncomfortable, room had damaged, overall felt unsafe.

I didn’t like anything about it

That fact they would not refund our last night after checking out on time and that my wife was in the ER so we had to leave early

Great value. Place is very neat. Walking distance to Higuera St. Price was great considering it was Spring Break. Beds comfortable and decor updated. There is a heated pool. Fwy access very close by.

Parking is tight. Thats the only negative for me.
