el cuarto q reservamos por Booking no estába disponible,la recepcionista nos ayudó muy amable se lo comento a su jefe esa no se escuchó muy amable nos resolvió pero jamás la Vi no dió cara aunque si nos resolvió con cuarto familiar q era el q había separado primeramente

No me gustó nada, porque no tenía que ver nada las imágenes de la web de cuando llegabas al lugar.

La ubicación, falta de mantenimiento y la seguridad pésima. Tan mal fue que tuvimos que pagar en el hotel Holliday inn para podernos quedar en un lugar seguro.

Nothing

The facilities did not match what was presented online & also when I checked in I was informed that the room I had picked wasn't available so they chose the rooms for me at the end & it was not what I thought I had pay for.
