When we checked in,the front desk person was not too helpful.He seemed to be put out bc we are biracial couple .He was quick to get me sign up for rewards program to avoid parking fees .

The check in with front desk agent who when he realized biracial couple seemed to have an attitude . Quick to push rewards to save on parking .

Staff was very helpful

Parking. Parking is a problem especially paying. We paid when checking i to the hotel, but continued to get tickets. We turned them into the front desk that stated they would be taken care of. We had parking charge on out final bill.
